    IUD: Painful But Grateful

I’ve never used any contraceptive, apart from condoms of course, and it’s a concious choice I’ve made throughout the years. Most of the contraceptive methods are pretty dangerous for our bodies, and the more I read about them, the more I got angry thinking that only us women have to go through all the side effects that the pill, for example, gives us. There are SO many contraceptive methods for women out there, but none for men, which is completely unfair. But it is what it is, and as women, once again we need to take on this responsability (and bear the burdens too). Contraceptions are a blessing and a…

A Toxic Relationship That Opened My Eyes

These past two years were filled with intense transformations and one of these was getting over a toxic relationship that dragged me into a very dark place for quite a while. My life, at that time, was not that great: I was still working crazy hours at the airport and I hated it, in the meantime, I was writing my university thesis as graduation day was getting closer and closer. All I wanted to do was working the early morning shift from 4am, get home, eat and binge watch Netflix until I passed out. I didn’t like my life, so I started living the lives of TV series characters. On…

Naples, The City Where I Was Born.

I was born in Naples from a Neapolitan dad and a Venitian mom and one of the things I get asked the most is “What are the things to do in Naples”, what and where to eat, what are the parts of the city not to be missed. I love answering questions about Naples, I’m obsessed with it, with its authentic vibe, the welcoming people and the chaos of it all. There are plenty of things to do in Naples and its surroundings, you would actually need an entire month to explore it all but I understand that most of us, don’t have all of that time to discover a…

Fuerteventura E Le Sue Spiagge Mozzafiato!

Barcellona E Le Sue Good Vibes!
